As we watch the part two of the movie entitled "the effective teacher" by Harry Wong the most important as a teacher is the classroom management and learning processing but we go first on the classroom management, as a future educator we must have a classroom management to be able to manifest the learning environment in the classroom, and the second is the learning processing as a facilitator of learners we must be good in learning processing of the ideas that we get to the students. The current curriculum is students centered so we must facilitate our learners in every lessons or topic in our lecture and also as we get ideas, beliefs, perceptions, and etc to our students we must process all that we get to them and we must inject another ideas or experiences to the students according in the topic or lesson to be able to deeply understand the discussion. All of this in the seminar of Harry Wong I would like to own this in my profession to be an effective teacher to my future students.
